Promotion Push (2018/19)

The start of the season saw little activity as the club concentrated on replacing backroom staff rather than players. It wasn't until a week before the season opener that PSNI managed to find a suitable assistant manager. As a result fans were left without any major signings.

Despite the relative lack of recruitment PSNI found themselves performing well. After 17 games the club top the table.

"We've had a great start to the season but nothing is wrapped up yet. We have to make sure we don't slip."

Last year some fans felt the distraction of the cups, though pleasant, cost the club a promotion place. This season there will be no such excuse as the team have exited every cup competition. All that remain are the 13 league games.
